∎ Masters/ Graduate in any discipline with sound knowledge in computer.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
∎ To ensure health, hygiene & safety issues.
∎ Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues
∎ Conduct worker's orientation training.
∎ Handling grievances at the initial stage and counseling.
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management.
∎ Ensuring proper communication between workers and management.
∎ Organizing meetings of PC, Safety Committee, EHS and OHS committees.
∎ Ensuring different documentations related to Compliance and welfare.
∎ Ensure the Welfare Policy to the Workers.
∎ Supervising welfare facilities of the Factory.
∎ Keeping perfect Official record on Welfare Management.
∎ Ensuring proper both way flow of communication between Workers and Management.
∎ To execute Orientation, Training and awareness program for the Workers.
∎ Ensure relationship between Company owner and Worker's legal issues.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ Sound have knowledge in computer.
∎ Capability to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
