Job Responsibilities:
∎ Looking after and monitoring all committees.
∎ Look after an ensure facilities of workers including canteen, restroom, childcare, washroom, water etc.
∎ Supporting workers for availing leaves.
∎ Supporting PPEs management.
∎ Frequent floor visit and identify workers problem specially female workers issue.
∎ Supporting upcoming mothers and newly mothers.
∎ Advising and supporting for development of workers lifestyle and working conditions.
∎ Supporting and involvement of training management of workers.
∎ Supporting workers to get proper medical support through medical center.
∎ Ensuring grievance management system is running as per law.
∎ Ensuring workers counseling.
∎ Liaison in between employers and workers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
