Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ LLB/LLM will be highly recommended.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Worker leave arrangement and update in HRIS.
∎ Daily handling workers grievance and maintain the record.
∎ Counseling unauthorized absent to reduce absenteeism.
∎ To arrange workers leave (If any) duly consulting with the floor management.
∎ New workers orientation.
∎ Awareness though PA system.
∎ Conducting Workers awareness on Labor law, Company COC, Buyer’s COC, Grievance Management, Anti-harassment, Machine safety, House Keeping, C-TPAT, Environment Health & Safety, Security and Social Awareness. Occupational Health & safety etc.
∎ Arrange to give proper health care facility to the pregnant workers.
∎ Arrange to provide various treatment facilities to workers duly consult with Doctor.
∎ Arrange to provide various facilities like lift arrangement, sitting arrangement, light work for pregnant and sick workers.
∎ Update pregnant workers list.
∎ Collected relevant document and prepare Maternity Benefit Bill and send to CHR for payment arrangement and disburse the bill and maintain Maternity leave register.
∎ Monitoring workers medical facility.
∎ Follow up long time sick workers.
∎ Follow up existing workers who are in maternity leave.
∎ Collect sample and test of food for avoid workers to ensure the quality of food.
∎ Monitoring workers lunch facilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication in English & interpersonal skills, self-motivated.
∎ Good Counseling capability.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package.
∎ Well converse and gentle behavior to intelligent enough to handle workers grievance in a smooth way to avoid any unexpected situation.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code 2006, amendment act 2013, other required laws applicable for factories.
