Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform initial, inline & Final inspection as per guideline.
∎ Discuss & analysis inspection defects with related responsible.
∎ Follow DHU report, Factory Goal monthly.
∎ Communication for any update by mail with factory all responsible and related H&M concern for smooth H&M work.
∎ To collect buyer, Order and style wise fabric swatch and buyer’s requirements and instruction from concern department on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Review the QA file, approved Fabric/Trim Cards, Mold cup mockup, size set/pilot run samples (if applicable), check shade blanket, review the Testing reports, review the styling for critical processes, check special gadgets/tools and clarify all pending issues with Sample Room and or Merchandiser if any discrepancy and or confusion. List out if any points are lacking in the QA file.
∎ Coordinate with Packing Accuracy Auditor and Merchandiser on the proposed Packing method, carton measurements, paper ball requirements, carton packing quantity based on small and or big cup sizes to ensure that all points are reviewed and finalize during PP meeting.
∎ Quality Checked which is required sample as per checking procedure.
∎ Conduct Random Packing Accuracy Audit based on the 1st Packing lot and discuss all finding issues along with Packing Accuracy Auditor and Packing workers for bulk improvement.
∎ Resolves all quality, packing and technical issues and report finding issues to the QAM and or Senior Manager Quality for decisions.
∎ Conduct Pre-Final and Final Inspection as per Requirement.
∎ Follow up the result of Pre-final and Final Audit and work with concern Department on the corrective and preventive action.
