• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2-6 years of proven experience as a Laravel Web Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL, with strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API development.
• Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS, SCSS, or LESS) and front-end build tools like Webpack.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries (jQuery, Alpine.js, etc.).
• Experience in working with authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, Laravel Sanctum, and Passport).
• Strong database management skills, including database migrations, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience with server-side caching, Redis, and Memcached.
• Knowledge of cloud-based deployment solutions such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or Firebase.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong understanding of web security practices, including protection against XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection, and other vulnerabilities.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket) and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Linux server environments, Nginx, and Apache configuration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, CRM etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge about CMS like WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc, will add extra value.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into scalable web applications.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using Laravel and other relevant technologies.
• Implement secure and efficient back-end services and database structures.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance web application functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain high-quality applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing web applications when necessary.
