Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make route plans for each rider and monitor them.
∎ Communicate with merchants regarding their order request.
∎ Maintain warehouse software to take parcel order and input the updates in software in regular basis.
∎ Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and riders performance
∎ Organize and maintain inventory and storage area and keep update to date to management.
∎ Ensure cash on delivery transactions’ accuracy.
∎ Interface with customers and riders to answer questions or solve problems in immediate basis.
∎ Collect money from rider as per assigned parcel in regular basis.
∎ Maintain Parcel record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
∎ Handle riders regarding each and every single issues.
∎ Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
∎ Confer and coordinate activities with other departments on regular basis.
∎ Provide daily update reports including delivered parcels, next day projections, and hold & cancelled parcels.
∎ Provide weekly progress reports of warehouse.
∎ Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
∎ Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, and assuring quality of goods.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
∎ Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
∎ Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
∎ Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
∎ Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills
