• Experience in Sr. Officer/ Officer from any reputed Pharmaceutical Company will get preference.

• MS Word, Excel Proficiency.

• Quick decision-making capability.

• Basic pharmaceuticals related knowledge.

Job Context: RRP Pharmaceutical, a veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer, is looking for talented, energetic and aspiring individual as Officer, Warehouse who will act as a team member to establish us a leading and innovative veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Job Location: Factory

Job Responsibilities :

• To ensure that incoming materials arrive at the factory warehouse from the correct source.
• To receive incoming materials and check identity, any damage, labeling, cleanliness, and quantity.
• To ensure timely notification to the respective authority and maintain procedures if any discrepancies are found during the receipt of incoming materials.
• To monitor that the received materials are stored properly with appropriate status labels.
• To ensure materials are stored under specified conditions.
• To check and ensure that the correct raw materials are issued from the warehouse for dispensing.
• To maintain FIFO / FEFO / LIFO methods to ensure compliance with procedures.
• To ensure "under issue" labels are used for all materials during issuance to production.
• To check the physical inventory of the respective items with the help of concerned workforce.
• To ensure proper monitoring of housekeeping activities to keep the warehouse clean as per required standards.
• To ensure proper monitoring of temperature and relative humidity in specified storage areas and report to the respective authority if any discrepancies are observed.
