Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance in a pharmaceutical company
- Experience in veterinary pharmaceuticals will be considered as an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, DGDA guidelines, QA documentation, validation and QMS tools.
- Good leadership, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Responsibilities & Context: RRP Pharmaceutical (Veterinary) is looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance team, ensure compliance with DGDA, GMP and company SOPs, and maintain consistent product quality for veterinary formulations.
The role will be responsible for establishing, implementing and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) across production, warehouse and documentation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team and oversee all QA activities in the plant (IPQA, documentation, validation, change control, deviations, CAPA).
- Prepare, review and update SOPs, BMR/BPR, specifications, and other GMP documents as per regulatory and company requirements.
- Ensure line clearance, in-process checks and batch release in coordination with Production and QC.
- Plan and execute process validation, cleaning validation and equipment qualification in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Handle deviations, OOS/OOT, complaints, product recalls and change control through proper investigation and root cause analysis.
- Arrange internal audits, support external audits (DGDA and other regulatory bodies) and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Train and develop QA, production and warehouse personnel on GMP, GDP and company procedures.
