- Farm visit and Conduct Aqua seminar and Farmer conference.
- Smart, energetic and self-innovative.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct routine visits to assigned fish farms and hatcheries to monitor operations and provide on-site support of the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with fish farmers, hatchery operators, and customers.
Contribute actively to achieving the company’s overall objectives.
Visit and promote the aqua products to fish farmers, hatchery owners, fisheries officer and traders.
Teach field forces on aqua product, diseases, treatment, farming strategy and core selling points of aqua products.
Support the field team in meeting their aqua sales and collection targets within the assigned area.
Organize and lead technical meetings and seminars for fish farmers in the region.
Carry out any additional duties as assigned by management.
