• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries
• Master of Science (MSc) in Fisheries

• At least 1 year

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• Conduct routine visits to assigned fish farms and hatcheries to monitor operations and provide on-site support of the assigned area.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with fish farmers, hatchery operators, and customers.

• Contribute actively to achieving the company’s overall objectives.

• Visit and promote the aqua products to fish farmers, hatchery owners, fisheries officer and traders.

• Teach field forces on aqua product, diseases, treatment, farming strategy and core selling points of aqua products.

• Support the field team in meeting their aqua sales and collection targets within the assigned area.

• Organize and lead technical meetings and seminars for fish farmers in the region.

• Carry out any additional duties as assigned by management.

• Experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry will be given preference with higher starting salary.

• Ability to work as a team member.

• Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Proficient at communicating in both English and Bengali.

• Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.

• Farm visit and Conduct Aqua seminar and Farmer conference.

• Smart, energetic and self-innovative.
