Advanced knowledge in MS Suite;
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare, review and monitor quality-related SOPs and all required documentation;
Perform IPC checks during production as per cGMP;
Ensure proper line clearance for all production stages, including Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Encapsulation, Coating, Manufacturing and Primary & Secondary Packaging;
Conduct sampling of intermediates, granules, bulk products and finished products;
Inspect finished products after batch completion and verify all relevant records;
Manage issuance, distribution, control, retrieval and archiving of documents as per requirements;
Conduct Annual Product Quality Review (APQR);
Participate in deviation, complaint, CAPA and change control activities;
Support toll manufacturing activities as required;
Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the department.
