Responsibilities & Context:

This role oversees the end-to-end outbound and warehouse operations, ensuring timely, accurate order delivery, efficient routing, disciplined rider management, and strong coordination with internal teams and external delivery partners. The position ensures service-level adherence, operational discipline, and secure movement of goods while maintaining compliance with warehouse and logistics SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily Outbound operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Orders.

• Train and lead Sorting/routing staff, Riders and support teams to ensure discipline, efficiency and safety.

• Ensure proper loading, unloading, Rider Handling and route planning to reduce delivery TAT.

• Monitor delivery KPIs including SLA, Conversion, Success Ratio & delivery accuracy, fleet performance and TAT.

• Manage relationships with 3PL delivery partners.

• Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments with gate pass and supporting documents.

• Maintain a vehicle logbook for warehouse entry/exit.

• Implement sealing and tagging procedures for all shipments leaving the warehouse.

• Conduct random security checks to prevent pilferage, misuse, or loss of inventory.

• Resolve delivery-related issues, complaints or discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.

• Any task assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

• Must be proactive, disciplined and target-oriented.

• Strong knowledge of delivery operations, outbound management, transport coordination and route planning.

• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
