Job Context

RRP Pharmaceutical, a veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer, is looking for talented, energetic and aspiring individual as Officer, Quality Controller who will act as a team member to establish us a leading and innovative veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Job Responsibilities:
·         To perform sampling of raw material according to approved SOP. Performs analysis of all laboratory samples including raw material, in-process, finished products, purified water, cleaning validation and stability samples using analytical instruments and established analytical procedures and techniques.

·         Analytical reports must be completed and submitted for approval once analysis is completed. Record the results and maintained of the raw data in the laboratory note book.

·         Carryout analytical activities related to analytical method development/validation for assay, related substances, dissolution and cleaning method.

·         Prepare, execute and complete IQ/OQ/PQ of new instruments. Periodical calibration of all the instruments as per SOP.

·         To prepare Standard Testing Procedure/Standard Operating Procedure as and when necessary. Preparing specifications for all raw materials, packing materials, finished products, intermediates and solvents, and reagents used in analyses.

·         Should have knowledge about analytical instruments such as analytical balance, HPLC, DT, FTIR, Dissolution, UV, GC & AAS etc. and sound knowledge in GLP and GMP.

·         To prepare Volumetric and Test Solution and maintain their record accordingly.

·         Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.

·         Any other tasks as assigned by management when required.
