The Training function plays a vital role in strengthening the capability of the field force by ensuring continuous learning, skill enhancement, and effective knowledge transfer. The department will take all training initiatives with business objectives and market demands.
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Training will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering structured training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to enhance the overall performance of Medical Business Executives. This role will focus on developing product knowledge, selling skills, and behavioral competencies of the field force, while ensuring the successful implementation of training strategies across all territories to drive business growth.
What You Will Do:
Develop and implement comprehensive training session.
Identify training needs through regular field visits, performance analysis, and coordination with sales & marketing teams
Design and deliver product, selling skills, and behavioral training programs
Conduct induction/orientation programs for new recruits
Prepare training modules, manuals, presentations, and learning materials
Organize refresher training, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives
Evaluate training effectiveness and measure impact on field performance and sales growth
Work closely with Product Management Department (PMD) to ensure accurate product knowledge transfer
Coach and mentor field employees to improve productivity and competency
Maintain training records, reports, and performance tracking systems
Ensure alignment of training programs with company objectives and compliance standards
