The Product Management Department (PMD) – Specialty Care plays a vital role in driving business growth through strategic marketing and brand development initiatives across therapeutic segments including Antibiotic, Dermatology, Cardiac, Diabetics, and CNS products. The department is responsible for strengthening brand positioning, enhancing scientific communication, analyzing market dynamics, and ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies to achieve sustainable business success.
The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for assigned brands, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and converting insights into effective business plans. The role will also focus on preparing promotional materials, conducting product training for the field force, organizing scientific activities, and ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives across all territories to achieve organizational objectives.
What You Will Do:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products.
Handle product portfolio related to Antibiotic, Derma, Cardiac, Diabetic, and CNS segments.
Conduct market analysis, competitor review, and sales trend monitoring to identify business opportunities.
Prepare promotional plans, campaign materials, visual aids, and scientific communication tools.
Coordinate with Sales team to ensure effective product positioning and achievement of sales targets.
Organize product training sessions for field force and internal teams.
Maintain regular communication with doctors, KOLs, and stakeholders for market feedback and brand development.
Plan and implement product launch activities and follow-up strategies.
Monitor product performance and recommend corrective actions for business growth.
Prepare periodic reports, marketing forecasts, and product performance analysis.
Candidate having experience in Antibiotic, Derma, Cardiac, Diabetic, and CNS products will be preferred.
