The Business Excellence Department
plays a critical role in enhancing organizational efficiency, driving process improvement initiatives, and ensuring performance optimization across all business functions. The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Business Excellence will be responsible for developing and implementing frameworks, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting strategic initiatives to improve overall business effectiveness.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement business excellence frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency

  • Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and compliance assessments

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to improve business performance

  • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance productivity

  • Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review

  • Support strategic planning and execution of organizational goals

  • Ensure proper documentation and process standardization across departments

  • Conduct training and awareness sessions on process improvement and quality standards
