The Product Management Department (PMD) plays a vital role in driving business growth through strategic brand management, innovative marketing initiatives, and scientific product promotion. The department is responsible for strengthening product positioning, enhancing market presence, and supporting the sales force with effective promotional strategies, particularly in the Antibiotic and Cream/Ointment segments.
The Senior Executive – Product Manager (PMD) will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing strategies for assigned products, conducting market analysis, and developing promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and sales performance. The role will also involve coordinating with the sales team, organizing scientific and promotional activities, and ensuring effective implementation of marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans for assigned brands/products.
Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and product performance evaluation.
Prepare promotional strategies and marketing campaigns for Antibiotic and Cream/Ointment products.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective product communication and market penetration.
Develop promotional materials including visual aids, literature, leaflets, presentations, and campaign tools.
Organize and conduct scientific seminars, doctor meetings, CME programs, and field force training sessions.
Monitor market trends, prescription behavior, and competitor activities regularly.
Support product launching activities and follow-up promotional plans.
Prepare monthly reports on product performance, sales trends, and marketing activities.
Maintain effective communication with internal departments including Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Production.
Visit field markets periodically to gather market insights and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
