NGL Cosmeceuticals Ltd. is a fast-growing cosmeceutical company in Bangladesh, focused on developing high-quality skincare, haircare, and personal care products. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Chemist to join our R&D team and contribute to innovative product development and formulation.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate skincare, haircare, and personal care products

• Conduct laboratory trials, stability testing, and product evaluations

• Improve existing formulations for better performance and cost efficiency

• Ensure compliance with BSTI, GMP, and regulatory standards

• Maintain documentation (formulation sheets, batch records, reports)

• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and Supply Chain teams

• Analyze raw materials and finished products for quality assurance

• Troubleshoot formulation and production-related issues

• Research new ingredients and market trends

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, emulsions, surfactants, and preservatives

• Familiarity with GMP and quality control processes

• Basic knowledge of BSTI compliance

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Good communication skills (English & Bangla)
