Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Handle online sales
Manage customer inquiries and sales through Facebook, Instagram, Google, Whatsapp and TikTok.
Reply to inbox messages, comments, and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain order records and customer database.
Coordinate with delivery team to ensure smooth order processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Duty Time & Benefits:
9 AM to 5 PM
Weekly 1 day Holyday
Sales Commission applicable
2 Festival Bonus( as per company policy)
