• Diploma in Pharmacy

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) will get preference

• Valid pharmacy council registration/license

• Proficiency in hospital ERP/software systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Manage and oversee end-to-end pharmacy operations (IPD & OPD)

• Ensure accurate dispensing and adherence to medication safety standards

• Maintain effective inventory control, procurement, and stock management

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Lead, supervise, and develop pharmacy team members; prepare duty rosters

• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient care

• Monitor drug quality, expiry control, and minimize wastage

• Salary Increment: Yearly
