• Diploma in Nursing

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing will be preferable

• Valid BNMC registration (mandatory)

• Age At least 30 years

• Patient Care: Assess, monitor, and treat critically ill and premature newborns.

• Emergency Support: Assist in delivery room high-risk deliveries, provide neonatal resuscitation (NRP), and manage artificial life support, including ventilators, Bubble CPAP, and modern incubator technology.

• Monitoring: Continuous 24-hour monitoring of heart rate, respiration, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure and promptly reporting changes to consultants.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other staff to carry out individualized care plans.

• Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date patient medical records and nursing plans.

• Family Education: Offer emotional support to parents and educate them on kangaroo care, breastfeeding, and at-home care before discharge.

• Infection Control: Adhere strictly to sterile techniques and infection control protocols to protect vulnerable newborns.

• Salary Increment: Yearly
