Responsibilities & Context:
Assess patients on admission, take detailed histories, perform physical examinations, document within the time frame, and provide guidance to nurses.
To participate in ward, rounds and examine individual patients.
Inform the respective consultant/specialist of any new findings.
Recording and updating patients` medical histories.
Assists in operating procedures.
Works & manages patients with utmost care & diligence.
Participates in academic activities.
Carries out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
