The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance within the assigned zone by leading and managing a team of Area Sales Managers and Medical Business Executives. This role involves strategic planning, team development, and ensuring effective execution of sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
What You Will Do:
Achieve zonal sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth
Lead, supervise, and motivate Area Sales Managers and field force
Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with company objectives
Monitor field performance through regular visits and provide coaching and guidance
Ensure proper execution of promotional and marketing activities in the field
Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
Identify business opportunities and expand market coverage
Maintain strong relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and stakeholders
Coordinate with Product Management and Training teams for effective field execution
Prepare and submit regular reports to management
