Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 5-6 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in retail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Central warehouse and retail store management software (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Management Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items occasionally.

Green Delta Assist Limited a subsidiary of Green Delta Insurance Company Limited is looking for an ambitious and talented Warehouse Manager for its retail pharmacy chain with Aster Pharma.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and outlet deliver complete.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to outlet and company facilities, communicating with drivers and delivery partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications and Great interpersonal skills
Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with business demand
Plan warehouse layout and product placement to maximize space and efficiency.
Implement quality control measures to ensure goods are stored and handled properly.
Collaborate with vendors or quality assurance teams as needed.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors for goods, equipment, and services.
Analyze and report on financial data, including labor costs, inventory losses, and logistics expenses.
