Key Responsibilities

Visa Assistance

  • Assist clients with visa applications, ensuring accurate preparation and submission of documents.

  • Provide up-to-date information on visa regulations, embassy appointments, and processing times for various countries.

  • Guide clients through the visa process, offering solutions to any queries.

  • Track visa applications and keep clients informed on status changes.

  • Maintain detailed records of visa applications and travel bookings.

  • Ensure compliance with visa regulations and company policies, providing accurate reports on success rates and client feedback.


Ticketing & Reservation

  • Process reservations and issue tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

  • Modify, revalidate, or reissue tickets when required.

  • Ensure all bookings are made accurately and within company and airline guidelines

  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers for smooth booking processes.

  • Support marketing or operations teams when required.
