Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist (A Grade) to join our team at Aster Pharmacy. This role requires a proven track record in managing retail or hospital pharmacy activities and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Oversee the work of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Take charge of inventory management, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and ensuring the availability of essential pharmaceutical products.
- Provide expert medication counseling and health advice to customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and care.
- Ensure accurate documentation of prescriptions, sales, and pharmacy records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in line with Aster Pharmacy’s quality standards.
- Act as Pharmacy In-Charge, managing the daily operations and reporting any issues or concerns to senior management.
Schedule: Roster-based, 9 hours duty, 6 days a week
