• Strong knowledge of inventory management and courier coordination.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership ability and experience in supervising teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packaging, and dispatching products.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products through courier services.

• Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.

• Coordinate with courier companies for smooth dispatch and delivery.

• Record and manage daily warehouse expenses (packaging, courier charges, utilities, etc.).

• Prepare and submit regular expense and activity reports to management.

• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency and safety compliance.

• Ensure proper packaging and quality control before dispatch.

• Monitor and improve warehouse processes to increase productivity and cost-effectiveness.
