Strong knowledge of inventory management and courier coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership ability and experience in supervising teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packaging, and dispatching products.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products through courier services.
Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
Coordinate with courier companies for smooth dispatch and delivery.
Record and manage daily warehouse expenses (packaging, courier charges, utilities, etc.).
Prepare and submit regular expense and activity reports to management.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency and safety compliance.
Ensure proper packaging and quality control before dispatch.
Monitor and improve warehouse processes to increase productivity and cost-effectiveness.
