Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct system audit reviews and perform maintenance functions as required to ensure system health.
∎ Coordinate efforts with other work centers and personnel to resolve incidents or events related to systems and supporting infrastructure.
∎ Perform system checks, review and respond to events reflected in various management tools, perform server patch management.
∎ Improvise VPS provider based on price and performance.
∎ Setup VPN server on Linux environment.
∎ Must use Internet Key Exchange version 2 (IKEv2) protocol to secure VPN communication.
∎ Experience on other vpn protocols like IPSec, OpenVPN would be a plus
∎ VPN connection should be secure, stable, and persistent.
∎ VPN servers should handle incoming VPN traffic and manage VPN sessions and their access to network resources.
∎ VPN servers need to track all incoming/outgoing traffic and bypass firewall if enabled
∎ Monthly report of traffic would be needed for further investigation
∎ Applications like calling or streaming cannot be interrupted during VPN connection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Coordinate with other departments when necessary
∎ Time flexibility towards shifts and roster duty as per floor requirements.
∎ Have to have good communication skills.
∎ Have to have good command in English.
∎ A pleasant and friendly attitude is a must.
∎ Strong computer network infrastructure knowledge and application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
∎ Excellent communication skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.
