∎ B.Sc in Computer Science/ Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive software development across multiple teams and phases delivering quality, on-time, and on-budget products and projects
∎ Hire, lead and train software developers, engineers and quality assurance members
∎ Develop suitable software architecture based on software requirements and industry best practices
∎ Minimize schedule and technical risk by foreseeing and addressing obstacles proactively and aggressively
∎ Interface with customers and potential customers as and when needed
∎ Participate in Progoti Systems' strategic planning for development of new products, technologies and intellectual properties
∎ Understand customer requirements and assist business team in project estimation and planning
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Deep domain expertise in financial services industry
∎ Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
∎ World-class command of written and spoken English
∎ Demonstrated, strong communications skills, including but not limited to independently conducting conference calls with overseas customers, presentation development and delivery
∎ Technical writing skills including software requirements, design documentation, API documentation, user manuals, end-user help and technical support materials
