∎ Masters / Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead credit product development for micro-enterprises using TallyKhata app
∎ Design a digital credit scoring model for ME sector in Bangladesh using digital client profile and cashflow data
∎ Design and develop a digital credit strategy, execution plan and process
∎ Formulate a simple digital credit application process using TallyKhata app
∎ Build client profile using digital data collection and by client visit by field force
∎ Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers
∎ Recommend approval and rejection of loans based on available data
∎ Enable various digital payment processes to ensure easy and quick recovery
∎ Ensure all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations
∎ Monitor loan payments and bad debts
∎ Maintain a sustainable portfolio quality at low risk and healthy return
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in maintaining loan portfolio
∎ Experience in credit and branch operations
∎ Knowledge in regulation and compliance to credit
∎ Good interpersonal skills, team player
∎ Passion for working in the fast-paced financial technology environment
