∎ Must have experience in all type of work related to KSA Embassy
∎ Must have good working knowledge of computer and proficient in Arabic, English & Bangla typing, writing & understanding.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need to work as Saudi Embassy Representative
∎ Doing MOFA, preparing submission form, & submitting to Embassy
∎ Coordinate to obtain letters of invitations
∎ Assist and coordinate with Employees to get their Passports
∎ Maintain Visa information for all the employees
∎ Follow up visa procedures in a timely manner
∎ Make sure all required papers are available and updated
∎ Ensure correct visa type is applied for and accuracy of information on forms
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time
∎ Need to work as Saudi Embassy Representative
