Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute Marketing & merchandising strategies aligned with company goals.
∎ Develop new customer & onboard to fulfill company capacity.
∎ Business expansion by developing new product ranges in unexplored segments with each customer.
∎ Supporting the merchandising manager for new PD with customers and suppliers to meet requirements.
∎ Works closely with merchandising & Marketing / industrial engineering/ production team to support and ensure business case and satisfaction goals are met.
∎ Working with factory teams to reduce costing SMV’s and fabrics consumption.
∎ Build and maintain supplier relationships.
∎ Manage budget, forecasting of new business.
∎ Manages, and prioritizes customer requirements based on market and research.
