Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M).
∎ Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience.
∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Civil Law, and land-related legal procedures.
∎ Experience in labor court proceedings is essential.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle all labor-related legal issues, including representing the company in labor courts and maintaining liaison with legal advisor.
∎ Review and manage all legal documentation related to land purchase, ownership, lease agreements, and mutation processes.
∎ Prepare, review, and vet various legal documents including contracts, notices, and agreements in coordination with legal advisor.
∎ Ensure all disciplinary actions in compliance with labor law and company policy, internal and external dispute resolution.
∎ We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Legal Officer to handle all legal affairs of the company, with a primary focus on labor-related matters, civil laws, and land issues. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Bangladeshi Labor Law, labor court procedures, and land documentation processes.
