∎ Industrial process audit for 100% export-oriented ready-made knit garments manufacturing industries.
∎ Order-wise AOP production accountability and rejection.
∎ Cutting panel allowance, cutting jhute accountability.
∎ Printing input-output accountability.
∎ Embroidery input- output accountability.
∎ Sewing input-output accountability, sewing earned CM.
∎ Garments finishing input-output accountability.
∎ Leftover, wastage, reusable materials, store materials receive issue-stock balance-physical inventory, etc.
