Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the entire garment operational process, from Yarn to final shipment.
Implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet 100% OTD.
Ensure that raw materials are utilized to their fullest potential and reduce waste deliver it daily basis.
Ensure the man-machine ratio is optimal to maximize efficiency.
Identify and implement strategies to minimize employee cadre without compromising productivity.
Reduce overtime (OT) through better planning and control, targeting unplanned OT reduction.
Introduce and implement production incentive to enhance maximum productivity.
Ensure that 100% of quality inspections are passed, delivering garments that meet customer expectations.
