∎ Recruitment (FA to EVP)
∎ Promotion Activities.
∎ Weekly & Monthly Commission, Incentive, Other Allowance
∎ Verify all development related Bill.
∎ Service provided to Field Force.
∎ Branch control and Supervise.
∎ Communication to AGM-EVP for sales target achieved.
∎ Logistic Support to Branch.
∎ Follow up License to Agent.
∎ Tour Plan & Bill process
∎ Circular and Note process
∎ Business Related Analysis.
