Job Context:
∎ Robintex Group is a renowned RMG company in Bangladesh. It is a joint venture of Bangladesh - Germany, located at Vulta, Narayanganj, Bangladesh. The company is looking for a dynamic professional as the Vice President in Laboratory Department.
∎ Job Location: Factory site
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Extensive Knowledge on qualitative testing and Purity testing of Textile Auxiliaries, dyes, Chemicals and salts.
∎ Responsible for the selection of dyeing/chemical combinations to reach the optimum productivity in lab dyeing & bulk dyeing.
∎ Good experience in Establishing & Managing laboratory activities.
∎ Deep knowledge at Textile manufacturing systems.
∎ Extensive knowledge of ISO17025, QMS and international testing standards.
∎ Able to Establish a Laboratory as per ISO-17025/ Buyer requirements.
∎ Familiarity with various Buyer Accreditation, protocols and methods.
∎ Extensive knowledge and Experience in OEKO-TEX and GOTS Certification.
∎ Deep knowledge in Color Quality System (Spectrophotometer and Data color).
∎ Ability to manage laboratory teams successfully.
∎ Measure the standard swatch in the spectrometer and take correct recipe prediction with proper ti-chromatic dyes combination.
∎ Keep the record of the Testing Reports.
∎ Good communication and management skills.
∎ Excellent customer and client relationship skills.
∎ Overall responsible for the Testing Laboratory of the Company.
∎ Good knowledge on Colorfastness, Physical and Chemical Testing.
∎ Expert in Moisture Management System.
∎ To make program, sample checking and color measurement.
∎ Analyze lab data, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures.
∎ Approval capability of color Shade band.
∎ Monitoring Lab deep preparation and recipe formation for Dyeing and washing in Spectrophotometer.
∎ Deep knowledge on Pantone color system as well as Shade development system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having related professional certificate will add extra privilege.
∎ Skills Required: Garments Laboratory, Lab testing, textile lab
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10-12 years' experience in Garment & Textile Industry
