Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Wet Process) with adequate knowledge in respective field of Knit Fabrics Dyeing, Printing & Finishing Industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up of production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization of All Over Print Factory.
∎ Apply modern printing techniques and practices to gain utmost printing outcome.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Ensure fabric quality as per customer quality standards.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the fabrics.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Have knowledge about dedo approval and maintain the consumption of dyes and chemical within dedo approval.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Experience in Large Composite Knit Factory.
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in Knit Fabrics Dyeing, Printing & Finishing Production of any large Printing industry.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
