কল সেন্টার সফটওয়্যার সিস্টেম ব্যবহার করে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট বুকিং, অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা
কাস্টমারের তথ্য সঠিকভাবে রেকর্ড করা এবং সিস্টেমে আপডেট করা
ফোনে বিলিং, সার্ভিস চার্জ এবং ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত জিজ্ঞাসার সমাধান প্রদান করা।
