∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe XD, Figma, HTML & CSS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brainstorm user requirements together with a cross-functional agile team
∎ Explore solutions & refine concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
∎ Develop UX/UI elements illustrating how features function and look like
∎ Conduct UX/UI adjustments based on user feedback from a live application
∎ Take ownership and define product roadmap with the product owner
∎ Design and deliver elegant and delightful digital product experiences
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have 2 - 3+ years of proven UX/UI designing experience
∎ Have strong experience in software design and development
∎ Have a mastery of Adobe XD, Figma, and/or Adobe Illustrator
∎ Convert draw layout to HTML Template
∎ Have done user research, usability testing, rapid prototyping, etc.
∎ Have an eye for usability, minimalism, and simplicity while designing
∎ Have an eye on details in design principles, layout, alignment, etc.
∎ Have the passion to grow in a result-oriented startup environment
∎ Expert Level UX/UI Designer
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work from 2 PM to 10 PM
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Other facilities will be given by company policy.
