∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Sound knowledge of hardware and network troubleshooting, including diagnosing and resolving issues with computers, printers, and network devices.
∎ Good knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CBS (Core Banking Solutions) type software, ensuring smooth operation and support for end-users.
∎ Good knowledge of different servers and networks, and other critical systems.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience in a similar IT support role.
∎ Knowledge of IT security practices and protocols.
∎ Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

∎ Ensure availability of IP Telephone service.
∎ Software administration and support.
∎ Configure and deploy new and refurbished workstations, Computer and peripheral equipment.
∎ Manage printers/scanner and toner requests.
∎ Manage the solution of user requests, IT problems and network maintenance.
