∎ Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Upazila level coordination, liaison with different stakeholder including Upazila administration, Land office, Union Parishad, NGOs/ Strategic partners and CBOs and develop functional relationship with them.
∎ Conduct meeting, workshop or dialogue with Local govt. administration, Union parishad and other stakeholders for achieving services from them.
∎ Organize training, workshop, orientation and discussion sessions etc.
∎ Facilitate the formation of the Apex groups, their training and registration under government line departments.
∎ Identify staff’s weaknesses in project implementation and provide necessary support to them for overcoming those.
∎ Assist to A&AO to maintain finance, petty cash, cash transfer to the project participants, assets inventory and store effectively and efficiently following the policy and guidelines.
∎ Appraise the performances of the staff at the end of the year based on day to day monitoring and provide necessary feedback for further development.
∎ Maintain regular information sharing with senior management like PC, BDO, Focal Person and other colleagues.
∎ Program planning, sharing and execution.
∎ Analysis the incidents, investigate and report to PC and APC.
∎ Capacity building, provide accompaniment support to field staff.
∎ Advocacy, networking and maintain liaison with stakeholders at Upazila level.
∎ Program monitoring, documentation, database management and report writing.
∎ Ensure project/organization resources would be management in a cost-effective way.
