Experience:
M. Com/ MBA in Accounting/Finance/ Management from any recognized University. If Individual have any extra professional degree on Accounting/Finance shall get preference.
Experience:
At least 1 year’s relevant experience in NGO/INGO sector.
Other Requirements:
Sound knowledge on the organizational values, gender equality, child protection, and safeguarding policies
Sound knowledge of internal control systems, donor & regulatory compliance, and financial regulations.
Speaking & writing skill in English and report writing in both Bangla and English
Proven experience in planning, budgeting, financial management, Audit, Financial Motoring procedures.
Commitment to promoting positive image and visibility of the organization
Age: Minimum age 26 years and maximum age 40 years (as on 30th June 2026).
Capacity Requirement:
Ability for financial report analysis, identifying financial irregularities and investigation
Should have good communication skill
Must be good in using internet, MS office package and relevant software operating
Should have knowledge of liaison with different stakeholders

Winner of MDG 2 award 2007 and UNESCO-Hamdan Prize for Teacher Development 2024, Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) is operating 17 Community Development Projects (CDP) in 13 districts for child protection, education, health, women empowerment, income generating activities, DRR and Rohingya emergency response activities. Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) intends to recruit suitable personnel for the mentioned position:
Location: GN Bangladesh work Area (Rural)
Probation Period: 06 months (Job confirmation/ extension of probation period /Job discontinuation based on performance evaluation of the probation period)
Job Assignment in Brief:
Planning, budgeting and expenses analysis of financial activities of the community development project (CDP).
Prepare financial reports for various purposes and maintain financial records, banking transactions, and VAT & Tax compliance.
Ensure transparent financial transactions and compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements.
Managing assets, procurements of the organization according to the GNB policy, providing support of logistics, organizing different Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with relevant parties according to the need.
Managing CDP based salary and benefit packages of staffs, recruitment, attendance, leave, and other HR-related issues
Maintain a safe, efficient, and positive office environment.
Supporting audit related with finance, asset management and human resource management issues
Consolidated Remuneration Tk. 26,626 (per month). 15 days paid leave excluding public holidays and training opportunities for career development.
