Additional Job Requirements:

Strong knowledge of onboarding, employee lifecycle management, learning and leadership development, and adult learning principles.

Proficiency in designing, managing, and evaluating learning programs, projects, and organizational development initiatives.

Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.

Sound understanding of HR policies, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and learning technologies (LMS/HRIS), with the ability to use data for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities to drive collaboration and organizational effectiveness.

Demonstrated strategic thinking, learning agility, coaching and mentoring ability, accountability, and a strong results-oriented mindset.

Educational Requirements:

Master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Educational Development, or a closely related discipline from a recognized or reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of communication, learning and educational development will be preferred.

From shaping onboarding for mid-to-senior-level hires to developing first-time managers and leading returnship programmes for women professionals, you'll play a key role in strengthening our people, culture, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve structured onboarding journeys for mid-to-senior-level employees to ensure effective integration into the organization.

  • Facilitate the onboarding experience by guiding new hires through organizational policies, processes, systems, culture, and values during their first six months of employment.

  • Design, coordinate, and execute learning and development programs for first-time managers, including curriculum development, content creation, facilitation, and program administration.

  • Lead the planning and implementation of returnship and career re-entry programs for women professionals to strengthen the organization's mid-career leadership pipeline.

  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners and relevant support functions to ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of onboarding and leadership development initiatives.

  • Prepare periodic reports and analyze program outcomes, participant feedback, and learning effectiveness to support continuous improvement.

  • Monitor and evaluate onboarding frameworks, learning journeys, and leadership development modules, incorporating feedback and data-driven insights to enhance program quality and impact.

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, resource planning, vendor coordination, and operational activities related to the onboarding and learning function.

  • Facilitate assigned learning programs, Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions, workshops, and other organizational capacity-building initiatives.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employer Branding, Internal Communications, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation, and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members, and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
