Experience:
Master’s degree in Development Studies, Economics, English, Public Administration, International Relations, Social Sciences, or any other relevant discipline.
2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in programme or project management within NGOs, INGOs, development organizations, or similar institutions.
Experience in donor-funded projects will be considered an advantage.
Required Skills

Experience in event management and stakeholder engagement.
Basic budgeting and financial tracking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.

About the Role
VOICE is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Programme Officer to support the effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and coordination of its projects. The Programme Officer will play a significant role in translating project plans into action by ensuring timely implementation of activities, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting organizational learning and accountability. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, implementation, and coordination of project activities in line with approved work plans and donor requirements.
Track project progress, outputs, deliverables, and timelines to ensure effective implementation.
Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, consultations, training sessions, conferences, and other project events.
Prepare activity plans, event logistics, documentation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
Assist in preparing project budgets, budget tracking, procurement requests, and financial documentation in coordination with the finance team.
Maintain regular communication with project partners, donors, consultants, government agencies, media, and other stakeholders.
Contribute to project reporting, documentation, knowledge management, and communication materials.
Support monitoring, data collection, and documentation of project outcomes and lessons learned.
Perform other programme-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
