Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Upazila Program Manager will work at the respective Education centers, such as, Out of School Children Education Program (OSCEP) and Education department of GoB on primary education issues
∎ Job Location: Kulawra Upazila, Moulovibazar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, decision making, organizing, coordination and implementation project activities
∎ Identify the drop out student and extreme poor children
∎ To survey on often dance cause of absence of students in the class.
∎ Conduct and facilitate training, refreshers to Non Formal Primary Education (NFPE) teachers, workshop, seminar and meeting.
∎ conduct and facilitate meeting with guardian and School Management Committee (SMC)
∎ Facilitate community and guardian on hygiene promotion issue especially puberty period hygiene.
∎ Monthly parents meeting for ensuring quality education and awareness build up on adolescent health
∎ Ensure 100% attendance at school through interpersonal communication with parents of student
∎ Liaison/networking with relevant government institutions and organizations.
∎ Facilitate cultural activities for ensuring and active participation on learning.
∎ Monitoring, supervising and facilitate to NFPE teacher for ensuring quality and enjoyable education.
∎ Build up linkage with ATEO and TEO for ensure the admission in high school after completion primary education
∎ Ensure more participation of girls for education
∎ Follow up teaching process of teacher
∎ Ensure admission to high school after completing the Primary education
∎ Prepare all reports in Bengali and English, success story, documentation, knowledge management and capacity building activities also develop the presentation on PPP.
∎ To enhance woman empowerment through raising their own believes , voice rituals segments to get their ownership on wealth physic and family
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years (s) and minimum of 2 years of experience in an education program
∎ Not over 50 years
∎ Having valid Motor bike driving license
∎ Regular field visit at School.
∎ Basic skills in MS Word, MS Excel & Power point.
∎ Interpersonal Communication.
∎ Have good knowledge on Non Formal Primary Education
