Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any subject preferable in Social Science, Agricultural Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Programming, Planning and implementation
∎ Cash/Grant distribution and financial management
∎ Staff Supervision and financial management
∎ Capacity building of staff, relevant stakeholders and participants
∎ Advocacy, Networking and Liaison with different stakeholder and strategic partners.
∎ Monitoring, evaluation and documentation
∎ Share the update project information and receive necessary feedback/suggestion to implement the project effectively.
∎ Ensure budgetary control and provide justification of budget variance
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly work plan & reports to accomplish the targeted project activities.
∎ Ensure team approach for planning and implementation of the project.
∎ Necessary & effective coordination with GO, NGOs, UPs, Donors and relevant stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years field experience on livelihood programme implementation, especially in Training and capacity building, monitoring and Evaluation, community mobilization and especially in Income Generating Activities.
∎ Strong team management skill.
∎ Interested to frequent field visit.
∎ Strong critical and analytical thinking capabilities skill
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point and Internet applications.
∎ Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bangla
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
