Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science, Development Studies or any other relevant discipline from Public/National University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Rapport building and keep regular communication with the stakeholder.
∎ Monitor, CT, IGA and CFW.
∎ Programming, Planning and implementation
∎ Identify skill needs and promote joint decision-making in household selection of IGAs.
∎ S/He will also integrate Health and Nutrition services and messages with GOB & other stakeholders at the community level
∎ Organizing different meeting/workshop etc.
∎ Manage the project activities and finance in line with the organizational system and policy.
∎ Provide capacity building of staffs, technical assistance to project implementation, monitor the quality of the project/others.
∎ Extend support to conduct survey, quarterly output monitoring and annual outcome monitoring survey.
∎ Conduct regular field visit to monitor physical progress and accountability & compliance issues are addressed in line with the implementation strategy.
∎ Participate monthly/quarterly meetings and contribute in plan reviewing progress, identifying gaps and update the plan to achieve project results.
∎ Share the update project information and receive necessary feedback/suggestion to implement the project effectively.
∎ Regular supervision and sharing feedback with staff.
∎ Conduct monthly staff meeting
∎ Necessary & effective coordination with GO, NGOs, UPs and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly report and plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ An understanding of project management
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point and familiar with Internet applications
∎ Experience on report writing.
∎ Ability to communicate information effectively
∎ Good communication skill both in English & Bangla
∎ Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders friendly.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.
Salary:
∎ BDT 75,000 to 81,000 per month per month including bonus
