• At least 3 years experience in similar role.
• Experience in third party laboratory will get preference.

• Coordinates accreditation works follows up, directs these works and represents the laboratory.

• Initiates corrective or preventive actions in the works executed in laboratories which are not found proper according to the system or in the processes which may create potential danger, manages them, directs them, follows, checks and keeps the under control

• Reports/ and makes reported the non-compliances which have been determined during quality management system observation and correction actions or those transmitted by other units and claims corrective – preventive actions from relevant units.

• Provides the collection, evaluation of training requests received from laboratory units and provides training plan to be prepared. Provides the enlightenment, coordination of the departments, collection of training records and make them recorded.

• Provides the planning of the orientation process of the new personnel which have already attended to laboratory, along with the relevant department manager and provides necessary records to be established after the orientation process.

• Provides the direction of departments in correlation/ comparison, competence experiments, participation and quality control process, provides the determination of laboratories by making comparison, and provides delivery of samples.
• Provides the collection of results coming from the laboratories, evaluation of the results and provide them to be shared by relevant units. Check and approve the reports regarding the comparison results prepared by Quality Department.

• Prepares the device list which shall be calibrated and provides calibration of devices.
• Prepares laboratory evaluation reports, follow them up and shares the results.

• Attends process analysis and process improvement works in laboratory processes, provides the works to be maintained under record.

• Determines the training needs of Quality Department personnel and provides necessary training. Provides its subordinates fully into training programs.

• Receives the opinions of the team members during decision making processes for significant issues, shares the decisions and changes made along with its justifications and in time with his team members. It provides the decisions and changes to be adopted.

• Gets aware of Occupational Health and Safety rules, apply them/ make applied and check them.

• Displays a peacemaker attitude for recovery of disputes, transmits the ongoing problems to the top management.
