Labright Bangladesh Limited is looking for a smart, energetic, hardworking and dynamic person as Marketing and Sales Specialist.

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Meet and exceed assigned sales target by volume & revenue.
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships and new ways of reaching existing markets.
• Create a strong new sales pipeline in every month Must have knowledge about local export-oriented market, RMG sector, agent, trading house, liaison office, footwear, ZDHC, testing, Inspection, audit and global retailer.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients and addressing customer's issues in a timely manner.
• Equipping staff with the technical skills needed to enhance sales.
• Helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
• Maintaining a positive working environment for the employees.
• Assisting Manager in planning on effective sales strategies, Budget and Target.
• Collecting information from locally for global nomination. Achieving buyer nomination from locally.
